Did you restore a backup from an iPad?

Hunter at Flatirons Crossing Apple looked in my settings, turned off all the things that were checked under Spotlight Search, and it hasn't crashed since. The other was helping me to get back my lost data after Restore that was threatening my quality of life!! Thanks, Hunter!!27" iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.5)
