Yes, I have checked my spam box. I have also sent an email to iTunes support and they inturn sent me an acknowedgement email that came thru with flying colors so I know the email account works.
P.S. I also got an email from this forum telling me you replied to this thread so my email is working

I am having the EXACT SAME ISSUE. The apple id still exists. I can not remember the password for it. I tried the same course to have the link emailed to me, but no matter how many times I try it the email is never received. Yes I have checked the spam folder. The email is never sent. I also tried the other option, but the first question is to verify my birthday and it tells me it's wrong... I'm pretty sure I remember my birthday and am entering it in correctly, but it still says it's incorrect. HELP!!!! I NEED this password to update several apps AND use the money I have saved on that account that I entered with iTunes gift cards. SOMEONE HELP!Macbook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.7)
One choice was to have a link sent to my eamil address and the other choice was to reset it by answering my secret question.
