Notification email received and automatically set as already read

Hi, when I create a new event with a notification email to my account the mail arrives but it's already marked as read into Apple Mail.

How should I do to receive the mail as not read ? (as should be...)

iCal version: 4.0.4 (1395)

I found a rule into my Mail application, this is the reason about the mail already read!
