How do you fix "Unknown error [4310]" when burning CD's from iTunes??

When I try to burn an audio CD (CD-R) from itunes, it cancells the burning after the first song. It gives a message that says-
Attempt to burn disc failed. Unknown error occured [4310]. Does anybody know how to fix this? I would really appreciate it. Thanks.
