Remote control for IPOD Touch

I want to put my Touch in my center console, run the aux line from my car to the Touch, and be able to hold a remote in my hand and change the songs/volume. Is there a remote control that is compatible with the IPOD Touch Version 4.3.1 Model MC011LL.

If you have a spare iPhone or iPod Touch you can use it to remotely control your iPod Touch. You need an App called Tango Remote. Here is the link.

Works great and is only $1.99. Has great reviews also.

Why would you connect an iPod Touch to your car and then use another iPod Touch to control it?
