hi everyone ,
today i drop my iphone to the floor and it was connected to PC and later on everytime i connect it to itunes i got error 0xe80000065

the computer recognize my iphone in my computer and i can browese the photos everytime but not the itunes .

help pelase

That might be damage from the fall, I'm afraid. But the following document is worth checking on, just in case:

the problem still there 😟

If its a hardware issue , so what to do with it ?
what's the thing that need to be fixed inside?

Do you have an Apple Store or a Apple reseller located near you? If so, it'd be worth taking her in to get checked over.
