how to sync 2 ipads

hi, i just bought new ipad and i want to sync it with my existing ipad apps in my imac...

my first question is how to sync it without wiping all of the existing apps?
second is can i do it?

imac, macbook, macbook air, Mac OS X (10.6.7)

Yes, you can do this. When you connect your iPad it creates a backup. So when you now connect your new iPad, and once it is set up, make sure you click on the new device name then click on Restore on the Summary page and choose your "old" iPad backup. This will transfer all settings - except keychain - to your new iPad.

thnx for the information,

but what will happen to my old ipad, is it still can be use as if syncing with the same computer?

because i use both of the ipads.

Yes, you can sync multiple iDevices with the same iTunes. If you have apps A, B, C downloaded in iTunes you can have, say, A and B on iPad #1 and B and C on iPad #2. Just use the apps tab in iTunes for each device to manually choose which apps you want to sync.

ok...one more question , let say i buy apps from the ipad itself rather from itunes in the computer...

1- i then transfer purchases to the comp
2- will the apps only can be sync to the particular ipad or both of the ipads?

Yes you can sync to both iPads. Just check that app in iTunes to sync to each iPad when you sync again.
