I don't believe that the online Apple Store for Hong Kong has an option to order online and deliver to a local store, though you can call them and ask.

Either way, though, you are on your own as far as shipping the system to the UK. The online Apple Store will not ship to addresses outside of Hong Kong, and retail Apple Stores cannot ship for you, though independent dealers might be willing to do so.

Before you decide, check with the UK about possible customs duties. Often duties are charged on items purchased outside of the country, so you may owe both import duties as well as VAT when you bring the Mac Pro into the UK. That may well reduce or even eliminate any pricing advantage, particularly when you factor in costs of shipping. Do your research before you buy.

I thought the idea was that you take delivery in the foreign country, and then you can make the case you are importing used goods into your home, high-tax country at a much lower rate. It seems like shipping a new machine to you would just raise the costs, since you would pay one-off shipping plus all the taxes in full.

The example I have heard about is to visit Germany, take delivery of a US-standard Mercedes Benz automobile, drive it around Europe instead of renting a car on your trip, and then import a used car into the US at much lower cost than buying it new at home.
