Hello folks,
As caryblack mentioned, this is a known issue in 1Password 3.6.0.BETA-10 and we are working on a fix as quickly as we can.
However, for now (and to avoid having the 1Password unlock sound become a thing of terror) the best thing to do is to manually download the latest stable version (3.5.9) from
http://agilewebsolutions.com/downloads and then reinstall. Make sure you quit any browsers and drag the current version of 1Password to the trash before installing the newly downloaded version. This won't harm any of your 1Password data as it's stored in a separate file which doesn't get touched by a reinstall.
