Output Problems with API 1608
Hey guys,
I am a Chico State Recording Arts student and our school has been having a problem with Logic Pro 9 and our API 1608 Recording Console.
Our problem is that after we record tracks in the studio, many students want to take their project home and mix. In order to monitor the session (at home), all the outputs in Logic must be change to Stereo out, instead of going through our Apogee A/D Converters outputs.
Now, this is not the problem. The problem is when a student wants to take that session back into the Recording Studio, yet all the outputs have been changed
The only solution we have come up with is the manually change each of the outputs to match up with each track. This takes about 10 mins depending on the size of the session. Is there anyways to change all the outputs back to how they were in the original session in the studio?
Is there any ideas on how I might be able to work around this problem? No one has been able to figure it out, so if you guys crack this one, you will be Chico States newest hero.
Thanks alot
Sincerely,
Johnny O
