So last night I dropped my iPhone accidently, and the top layer of glass on the screen has a lot of cracks in it now. The touch screen still works fine, no problems with it. It's just that the top layer of glass is broken. How much would it cost to have Apple fix it after my warranty is expired?
Damage like this is not covered by warranty, and Apple does not replace the front screens on iPhones. Rather, you will be offered an out of warranty replacement, cost in the US is $199. You can Google third-party repair shops in your area, they will be cheaper, but void any remaining warranty.

I just got back from the Apple Store, and they were able to replace my screen for only $99. I don't know if this is only at larger Apple Stores, such as the one I went to, or what, but I'm glad I got it fixed for only $99.
