How to "soften" sharp-sounding voice

Hi. I'm new to Final Cut Studio and really don't know anything about adjusting audio, but did quickly discover that I'd need to use Soundtrack Pro to raise volume levels and properly remove ambient noise.

Now that I have all that fixed, and I'm really impressed with what a fine job the effects did...the voice seems "sharp" to me. Just needs to be "softened." I have no idea what that effect would be called.

Could somebody please point me in the right direction?

Thanks so much. 🙂
