Where to Buy Iphone 4 Unlocked

Hello, im in orlando - FL and i want to know where i can buy an iphone 4 unlocked.

In the chat support at apple store site and best buy site they told me that they not sell it unlocked.

You cannot purchase an officially unlocked iPhone in the USA... they are ALL locked to AT&T or Verizon.

Any iPhone advertised as such has been most likely hacked and will relock to the original carrier on the first iOS update.

ALL U.S. iphones, NO EXCEPTIONS, are carrier locked and CANNOT be unlocked.

Sorry.

I believe that Canada and the U.K. offer some unlocked iphone choices.

i didn't know about it. is it new?
i remember last february when i asked to a seller at best buy and he told me "unlocked $599"

Not true.

NO U.S. iphones are unlocked.

Best buy probably told you they were no contract. This is NOT the same as unlocked.

There are NO unlocked iphones sold in the U.S.

If you live in Canada you can purchase an unlocked iPhone from the Apple Store. They do also sell locked phones to carriers with plans if you want, but you're free to pay for the unlocked version if you have the cash.
