Cant Find My Facetime App

Good day!

I am currently using iPod Touch 4G. I purchased it last October 2010. It was only a few days ago when my friends keep on bugging me about adding them on Facetime. At first I thought I had that App. But when I scan my iTouch, I noticed that my Facetime App is nowhere to be found. I can't remember if i had that App the first time I used my iTouch. And maybe, I accidentally deleted it without knowing it.

Can someone please help/ teach me how can i restore my Facetime App? Or can i just download that same App?

FaceTime may not be available in your country. For a list of countries its not available in, see this page.

If that isn't the case, have you tried using the search functionality of your iPod touch to try and locate it?

Hi,

You cannot delete a preloaded app like FaceTime. The only way to "get rid of it" is to block it under Settings>General>Restrictions.

If you are a kid, your parents might have set up parental controls on your iPod. They most likely restricted FaceTime in the restriction section of your settings, and you can't use it unless they turn it back on for you (or you figure out their passcode:-3)
