File disappeared when transfer incomplete

So I have been having a lot of problems transferring files using the normal drag and drop manner (within my LAN). Always the -36 error. I found the terminal "mv" command and it's worked sometimes.

Today when transferring 777MB file, I got to roughly 730MB when the connection dropped and the transfer was incomplete. And the file disappeared from the folder where it was sitting.


Where can I find that file?
