PPTP VPN Problem

Hi,
i updated my iPhone 4 to IOS 4.3.1 after that a VPN-Connection to my internal Network is no longer possible.
Every time I get the same Error. I tried to set the Server to no Encryption, but the Error is the same...
Anybody out there with the same Problem, or with a Solution?

Error Message:
*iPhone pppd[238] <Error>: MPPE required, but MS-CHAP[v2] auth not performed.*

The forums have several threads on VPN issues with iOS 4.3/4.3.1. For example

Me personally, my VPNs are fine on a iPad1 (4.3.1) over PPTP, L2TP & IPSec. And others have reported success. It seems to partially involve specific models of VPN endpoints. (e.g.: DD-WRT's PPTP seems to have issues whereas Cisco RV042 PPTP is fine.)
