No Sound!

Have you tried restarting your iPod?

First back up everyting! Then restore, not restor to back up might be a software problems. If after a back to factory restore. Reload a few songs just a few, no vidoes, photos or apps. If you still have sound problems than it is hardware and if you are still under warranty call them up and tall them. I have the same problem. I am suggesting a restore before you call. It can take awhile. That way you can tell them you have done it. I am sending mine back t be fixed, they are sending me the packing material. Good luck

How about trying a Reset?

You won't loose anything...

Hold down the "Home" button and the "Sleep/Wake" button until you see the Apple logo.
Let it do it's thing and it should reset and then restart itself.

See if the sound now works and let us know.
