Add Event in Calendar - No Invitees?

I sync my device with my Exchange environment. When I attempt to add a calendar event, I am not able to set "Invitees" or "Availability". I do not have these features available at all in my CDMA model. I had this function in my GSM model and assumed that I would have it in this CDMA model. Therefore, I cannot create a meeting request in CDMA.

Does anyone know of any other 'features' (not talking about voice capabilities) that CDMA does not have? Is there a document?

Thanks.
