Error message (0xE8000065)

Greeting all,

Last night, turned off my iPhone before going to bed, this morning when I got up, the phone still has the circular turning off symbol going, tried to turn off by holding down the button at top right of phone, without success. Then tried to connect to laptop iTunes and message came up with, "iTunes could not connect to this iPhone because an unknown error occurred (0xE8000065)". Anyone know how to resolve this problem.
