Why are my iPhone calendars the old, light, faded colors?

When iPhone iOS changed to having the calendar colors to the ugly faded, light brown colors and so forth, I was so sad because I loved the calendar's other bright colors.

Now, upon browsing other people's images of their iPhones 4 (yes, I have an iPhone 4 on iOS 4), and seeing this image on Apple's website: http://images.apple.com/iphone/features/images/morefeatures-calendar-20100607.pn g, I see that the colors have changed back to the bright ones???

How come mine are still the ugly, faded ones?
I'm using Google calendars and it appears to be the same whether I set it up through Exchange or Gmail.

I'm obsessed with getting these calendar colors right. Can anyone help?
