Hello frikiki,
And welcome to Apple Discussions!

In order to manually add or remove content such as music, movies, and playlists to your iPod, you must have the *Manually manage music and videos* option selected from under your iPod's Summary tab in iTunes.

When dragging content to your iPod simply drag it to your iPod under the Devices section in the left hand pane of iTunes. iTunes will automatically know where to place the content on your iPod.
