Apple Discussion - How to end emails

I have raised a forum question which I have now resolved.
How do I stop the emails related to this question coming down to me.
The instructions of how to do it make no sense to me whatsoever.
Could somebody please give me a simple step by step method.

At the top of the topic, click on Unsubscribe to this topic.

Hi Cris!

You may also be subscribed to the Categories or Forum linked to below.
On those pages above the list of Topics look for "Cancel Subscription to Category or Forum.

iWork Category
Numbers Category
Numbers '09 Forum

You can also delete them in Your Subscriptions.

Righthand bar > Look for "Actions" > click "Stop email notifications". I looked for "unsubscribe" for 25 minutes and it isn't there.
