iTunes Account

I received two iTunes Store receipts yesterday and at first glance, I thought the wife made an app purchase and didn't think anything of it. As I looked at the receipt, I noticed the Description was different. It stated "Gift certificate for (my itunes password)" $50.00

That caught my attention, then I looked up to the Billed To: info and noticed my email, name and address as the same however my city, state and zip was modified to Miami, FL 33132.

They also changed my credit card info. At this point I searched for iTunes customer support number and could only find an email address. Within one hour I had somebody email me back with a case number, disabled my account and disallowed the credit card from being used on the iTunes Store.

- How long until this can be resolved?

- Any idea how this could have happened?

- What can we do to prevent this in the future?
