textPlus GOLD Free Text + Group Textin
I have been using textPlus.
Last month textPlus sent me a text to upgrade to the app textPlusGold Free Text.
My belief was that the upgrade will improve textPlus. Well this is the new app:
textPlus GOLD Free Text + Group Texting, Premium Phone Number - 1 Year, Seller: Gogii Inc
I found it to be a different app and has a different phone number. I don't want it and I cannot contact Gogii successfully to get a refund of my $2.18. The money is not the issue it is the company that offered me another app that I do not need. It is not an upgrade. I am now deleting textPlus GOLD.
I contacted MasterCard to cancel the transaction with iTunes. iTunes may not appreciated my action.
How else may I proceed with this problem?
