Apple PLEASE Sell ALAC in iTunes store and let play FLAC in iTunes!

Please make it happen!
I buy alot of music ALAC and FLAC coded outside the iTunes Store.
It think it's about time to give the people the freedom of choice what to buy and use. FLAC and ALAC within iTunes would be the same as MP3 and AAC, just not lossy!
If you sell ALAC, accepting FLAC for playback should not be a problem, right?
Should be an interest for the industry also I think.
So Apple, please!
And other users who would like to have this too, please comment with a +1 !
(there are already enough discussions about how to convert between FLAC and ALAC within this Forum)

Yes PLEASE. I just bought a Carrie Underwood single part of the Narnia Voyage of the Dawn Treader movie soundtrack from iTunes JUST BECAUSE there's no physical CD to go with the song.

I'm a CD guy. If there is one song out there that's on CD, I'd buy it just because it's available on CD quality. It looks as though that's coming to an end now since the single 'There's a Place for us' has not and will most likely not see a CD release anytime soon, not to mention, the practice of Cd singles has been dropped.

I'd love to own this song in lossless quality so I do hope Apple sells at least ALAC in the future. I don't mind paying bits more for it either.
