Kernel Panic help

Hey, just hoping to get some help with what this panic means. The most recent log is below. I've tried a lot of things so far and nothing has helped. Disconnecting all but essential peripherals. Checking the ram with rember (all good). Running almost no applications.... But she's still a mess. I just get the random Grey Screen of death telling me she needs a restart. And its very random when she dies. Sometimes after a minute, sometimes an hour, or a day. But more than likely its averaging every 30 minutes. (Thanks)

When it happens, open the side door and look for memory error lights. There is no Interlock, and there are no hazardous Voltages accessible to your unaided fingers until you apply tools.

Another step you can take is to use Apple System Profiler:
Apple Menu > About this Mac > ( More Info ) > Memory ...
... to check up on your memory. Are all modules reported at the correct size? Are all listed as OK, or are there some memory errors or a small number in place of OK?

Your Mac Pro has Error Correcting Code (ECC) Memory. It logs single-bit errors, but a double-bit error is supposed to cause a kernel panic and stop it before the error propagates.
