Lock IPad

I wonder how do I prevent users from accessing such icons: Settings, Game Center, IPod, photos, maps, etc..

You can however, configure "ratings" for movies and tv shows. Wherein you can prevent movies/tv shows from being played at all. You can also disallow access to the iTunes Music store, and "explicit" rated music/podcasts. Game Center can be managed too. If you turn off the camera and disallow screen capture, then you have effectively removed access to "photos," unless the user transfers photos during the synch operation. …but "Settings" itself can't be managed with the current tools from Apple.
