Vector-based CAD software for Mac OS X?

I am looking for an easy to use vector-based CAD software for Mac OS X that is similar to ProDesktop and Google SketchUp for PC, is there such a product?

MacBook Pro 15-inch 2.4GHz, Mac OS X (10.6.7), Mid-2010 Model

CADintosh is good but I was looking for more of a 3D rendering application

When I was a IT guy at the local school they had a piece of software called 'ArchiCad':

I'm unsure how well it might address what you're seeking to solve.

It just so happens there is a program for Mac OS X that is very similar to Google SketchUp for PC.... Google SketchUp for Mac. 😉
