Even though I have checked View>Keywords, the keywords do not appear under the thumbnails. Any help would be appreciated. I have iPhoto 11 on a MacBookPro with 10.6.7

On p. 75 of iPhoto '11, the Missing Manual, it says " If you want your thumbnails to appear with their titles, ratings and keywords, or all three, then choose View>Titles, View>Ratings or View Keywords. Titles, ratings and keywords appear under each thumbnail."
I can get the title and ratings to appear under the thumbnail but not the keywords. Is the book wrong?

No, you don't. While viewing a group of photos type Command+K to bring up the Keyword pane. It can be moved to the side of the iPhoto window so you can view the thumbnails more easily.

When you select a photo all current keywords assigned to that photo will display in blue. to remove a keyword click on the blue keyword you want to remove. Conversly to add a keyword click on it.

If you have more than one photo selected
