Maybe, maybe not. The only way to officially unlock it is through the carrier. Any other method could mean that Apple can relock your device with updates to iOS or iTunes. If you IMEI number is added to Apple's server there is no word on how rey are doing it and Apple coukd always remove it relocating the iPhone.

Can I trust in this solution ?

For the money, probably not. If you have money to throw out a window then give it a go. Just don't expect to get your money back if it fails.

It's a scam. Don't bother. The only way to unlock your phone officially is to contact your carrier and ask them to do it.
