problem with adding new music from itunes to iphone

Hello!
I cant drag and add music to my iphone 4 anymore how i did before. Can you help, please?

What do you have checked for music on the "Summary Pane" with your phone connected, iTunes running?

it shows just old music what is already on iphone. i`m sync`ing and new playlists from itunes aren`t adding to iphone

I'm having this problem too. When I try to set the options to 'manually manage' like I think I had it before, it asks if I want to erase all songs from phone and reselect. Is this really necessary? Am I missing something?
