Ipad (iOS) controller

Does Apple read these forums? I would like to make a suggestion.
Please make a Bluetooth controller similar to the PS3 and 360 controllers and have it connect to the iOS so we can have Awesome control over games. The onscreen stuff does not work.
There is only one good game and one genre that work with this. That is infinity Blade and the racing genre. We could have games that are only compatible with the accessory.
That would make the iOS devices worth the price we are paying for them.

I own and iPod Touch 2G, iPhone 3Gs and waited in line 14 hours for my iPad 2.

Thanks for listening.

I think David is being over dramatic. Suggesting to make a controller is a bit different then submitting your idea for a controller. Sending a feedback and asking for a game controller is acceptable. Apple doesn't want you to send a feedback with schematics, specs, a rendered model, etc of an idea. Asking to make a game controller is within their guidelines.

Everyone please, go to the apple.com/feedback page and submit a feedback asking for a controller. The more they get the better we are that our suggestion will be heard.

My thoughts are: I don't care if Apple makes the controller. I just want iOS to have the APIs built in to so that developers can take advantage of it and make their own controller or add in the ability for their games to use any BT controller already made... e.g. xBox, Sony, MadCatz, etc.

This was spotted over a year ago. An Apple patent application for a controller dock. I'd rather they just allow Bluetooth connectivity to controllers this way there would be a lot more choices for the consumer. I'd love to be able to use a playstation or xbox style controller that the iPhone or iPod could be attached to. I know Steve Jobs is all about the virtual buttons but there are many games i play that get very frustrating because your thumbs are just blocking the the screen.
