App Store on iPad won't show all items

Since last night, i haven't been able to browse for more than one page of apps in the UK App Store on my iPad2.

Let's say, i search for "Apple" via the search field, it then shows me two groups, one for iPad and one for iPhone/iPod.
If i then press "View all" on either of the two groups, i see the first 12 apps, but even there might be +100 apps, i am not able to scroll on the arrows - they are grey, like there ain't no more apps.

If i then change the search fields from "iPad only" to "All", all app-icons disappear, the arrows becomes white - but still not responding.

Another scenario:
From the front page of App Store, I go to Featured and select "What's hot" - everything works fine, i can browse pages of apps, without any problem.

If i then go to "Top Charts", scroll down and tap "Show more", i get the next 10 items to see as well, but the "Show more" is grey with a spinning wheel, seeming like it is loading, but nothing more happens.

I have tried to restart the device, warm and cold to no avail, sync'ed etc, and would really like to avoid restoring my iPad.

Any of you others, who've seen this behavior?

The problem seems to be related to having an app on the iPad that has a name keyword that matches the current AppStore search criteria. For example, I have no app with the word "test" in it. If I search for "test" in the AppStore, then hit "see all" for the iPad apps, the scroll buttons work just fine. However, If I pick a free app from that page and install it, then repeating the same search shows that the scroll no longer works. If I then uninstall the app I just got, then the search begins to work (with a side-effect that the AppStore now always shows the price of my previously installed, but now removed, app as "install"). So, something is still malfunctioning in the way that the AppStore is processing the search criteria against the inventory of what has been previously purchased. I hope it's fixed soon...my iPad has only been in my hands for two weeks!

Somethings are now working, but search is still fubared.

Things that are working now:

1. I can rate and review apps I've purchased.

2. It now shows all apps I have installed as being installed in the features, top charts and categories section.

Things that still aren't working:

1. Search still doesn't show all apps that are installed on my iPad as such. It will only show one app as being installed even if multiple installed apps are returned in the search results. All other installed apps show a purchase price or download button.

2. If a installed app is returned in the search results, the arrow buttons are grayed out and there's no way to get to the next page of results.

So basically search is still broken. I got a response from App Store support telling me that there is only supposed to be 12 results when searching for "Apple" so obviously the person was clueless. He recommended I called customer care to troubleshoot my iPad, which won't help because it's a server problem.

At least they fixed part of the problem, but searching is still problematic. More so with lots of apps installed.

It didn't it fixed the issue and plus their discussion boards were offline including the app version of their Apple store was partially down for maintenance. Either way I'm having the issue and it's pretty annoying to use a third party free app to use in order to navigate to where I need to go in the app store. I hope they fix this issue as I also noticed that they seem to have experienced this issue in the past quite a few times. The last time I think was back on March 7th, prior to the introduction of the iPad 2. It is wrothy to note that I also have an iPhone 4 and I don't seem to be having an issue on my iPhone it only appears to be affecting the iPad. Please anyone let me know if you are experiencing the same issue.

I would say at this point it's definitely not an issue on your end. It might be something to do with the maintenance that they've been doing throughout yesterday and half of today. Even while trying to navigate through most of the discussion board I still get the notice that I received earlier to come back and try again later. I would give it a few days and wait it out if that doesn't fix the issue then It might be a potential bug in iOS 4.3.2, which I hope isn't the issue.
