Does anyone know if there is a telephone # for iTunes Store Billing Dept?

If not, can you post the # for Customer Relations?

    There is no phone support for itunes.

    You can also click "contact us" at the bottom of this page for phone numbers that are available.

    Do you have a question with which other itunes users may be able to help.

    Thanks you. I have a billing dispute I need to discuss with them. I've e-mailed them about and have been waiting for days to hear a response.

    Is there no telephone # for Customer Relations?

    Maybe you should try e-mailing them again.

    I have never had any problem getting a quick response.

    Perhaps another attempt would yield results.

    You could try calling customer service at the number on the contact us page.

    I called the main corporate # and was put through to AppleCare who in-turn had to communicate (not making this up) _via chat_ with the billing dept. for iTunes.

    This asinine setup took a full hour on the phone to get it straightened out. Kudos to the rep I spoke to at AppleCare for being so patient and helpful but shame on iTunes for having ZERO customer support.

    My advice to anyone who is having billing issues with iTunes is to call AppleCare and have them handle it.

    They claim 24 hour turnaround time on e-mail responses yet I'm at 3+ days for each response I've gotten.

    I will be purchasing all of my music from Amazon from now on. So long Apple.
