Welcome to Apple Discussions
There is no clip art library in Pages, but you can easily add images you have elsewhere on your hard drive. Go to Insert > Choose... (at the bottom of the menu) & navigate to the location of the images.

Thank you Peggy but...if I have no images anywhere else where could I get them from? Or do I have some and not know it? I know for sure there are no pictures like from a digital camera. I'm guessing I could go online and find some but just not sure where to go.

you can get a lot of cliparts from the internet. For example here: http://www.openclipart.org/, or here http://www.clip-art.com, or here http://classroomclipart.com/ and here http://www.321clipart.com/.
There are others for sure.

AppleWorks comes with some clip art. It may be possible that the next version of Pages will also include clip art, but we won't know until it's released -- possibly after January 9th.iBook 14 incher, Mac OS X (10.4.3)
