Cucusoft DVD to iPod Converter Settings

To Cucusoft users: What have you found to be the ideal settings for converting DVD movies/tv shows to play in full-screen mode on the 5G iPod?

I have decoded a movie and a TV Show from DVD, and I've found that the resultant images look "squished". The image quality of my decoded episode of "Lost" don't look as good as the versions that I downloaded from iTunes.

I didn't have this problem using Videora. But the one-step nature of Cucusoft is so much more convenient, if I can optimize the settings.
