Can you delete things from the Ipod?

Hi, I just bought a 30 gigabyte Video Ipod and I have just started putting songs and photos on it, but I cannot find out how to delete photos. Is there a way to delete them from the Ipod or do I have to connect to a computer to do that?

Delete the pictures in the file (folder) that you have the IPOD snycing pictures too. It is never a good idea to use a primary pictures folder (the originals) to snyc too. Make a seperate folder and add or delete pictures from there. The hit update and your pictures will be updated.

A resident iPod genius can correct me if I'm wrong, but NO you can't delete photos from your iPod. You have to delete the photo itself from the folder that you are uploading from on your computer.

So, delete the photo from the folder you select when you sync your iPod. Then plug your iPod back in and then resync your iPod with your photos folder.

You can't delete anything, even photos from the iPod directly. You use iTunes to do all your edits and updating.
