can't "finish" creating my new account - error 5002

i had trouble creating an account and i finally created it (i think). i have not been able to sign in. why i try i get this message "this apple ID has not yet been used with the Itunes music store". "please review your account information". when i click review i get this "we could not complete your musicstore request. an unknown error occurred (5002). any help is appreciate. thanks dave
