Microfibre cloth same as lint free?

Hey all i'm really sorry if this has been asked before but i'm a bit confused. I want to clean my iMac and it'screen. I have a microfibre cloth, is this the same as a lint free cloth or are they two totally different things?????

Again really sorry if this has been asked before but I couldn't find this specific question regarding the terms.
