cant find my qt 7 pro key... help me please
Dear anyone who can help me,
i resently purchased the quick time pro key, mind you after buying my ipod video, which i bought to watch video. little did i know i had to buy a softwear to actually watch the movie, that i already payed for. so ok i played the game, i spent 30 bucks, FOR..............nothing. when i got my confermation email, there was nothing in it but a thanks customer. now dont tell me its under my order number because, this is an copy of my email, without my information of course,

looks like there is something wrong doesnt it. ok so i went to support, buy the way not user friendly at all, not even when you call the number it says to call for more help, because it sends me right back to that page, funny hu? and in support were it says if you need to retrieve your key, click here. this is what i got,

so there also, no product key. so my problem is, its been 3 days now, and i have no product key, and am 32 bucks poorer. so please, help me out, and resend me my key. i am sorry for sounding so rude, but this is my last straw, ive been trying for 3 days to contact apple, and sent and email, and have gotten NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO help.
