Sony Ericsson K750i how to sync with Bluetooth and iSync?

Hi,

Confused how to sync this phone with my calendar and contacts. Also what I can do with the Bluetooth function and File Exchange.

Never used Bluetooth before though sync my cal and contacts successfully to my ipod. All firewalls are up - not sure if that could be causing the problem but can't get it to do much beyond pair? All my software was upated on 30th December so running the latest iSync and Mac OSX 10.4.3 combo updates and the phone is on Vodafone.

Here's what happens;

* With Bluetooth turned on and the devices paired, I get 3 options:
Remote keyboard, address book and using the phone as an Internet connection.

The Address book option is set up (no sign of calendar option) but attempting to using the B/tooth File exchange or transfer file option to send a file to my phone from my mac, I get message <last operation failed: an unknown error (ffffaaa4) has>

Attempting to browse my memory card or phone I get <bad action> message.

* With iSync and Bluetooth switched on iSync discovers the phone but returns a messsage <cannot sync with device>.

* On attempting to sync with iSync and the USB cable I get the phone icon eventually and disk on the desktop, but it tries to sync to cal and contacts it brings up the message
< Syncronization failed>
<Cannot connect to the device. Can't connect to channel on device (server might be down) Device "X" syncronization failed>.

Apparently this phone does work with iSync and though I found several items in the discussions list, there doesn't seem to be any clear advice about how to go about syncing or why mine's not working. Can anyone advise please?

Thanks
