Two Crossing Arrows??

On my iPod nano when I play a song, the 'Now Playing' screen shows two arrows that cross over. They are in the top left hand corner. I don't think there is anything wrong with my iPod, I just want to know what this means?
Someone plz reply/= WHAT DOES THIS MEAN??
