Tried that. Says I need to download Adobe Flash. Did that. Still not working. Thanks for your help!

Keeps saying I need Adobe Flash to watch videos. Acts as if I have not down loaded adobe. Seems like this should not be a problem - brand new macbook pro
You have to nit only download but insta,ll Flash and then quit and reopen your web browser.

I keep getting a request for a pword to download Flash but I don't have one. New macbook pro user. No videos will play with any source until I 'upgrade' but I can't without password. Help! Thank you.
