Pitch is off on software lead guitar

if i go to measure or bar 20 lets say

and i put the timeline before it

my lead guitar is higher in pitch than it should be

if i start the song at the beginning its fine

i checked modulation and pitchbend and only modulation has curves

if i go to other parts of the song the guitar is fine too

why just this one particular pair of measures

is off

it is annoying

when i wish to correct its midi data

because its playing in another key

other pitch

any genius out there
