Err -3252 Downloading 4.3.2 Network Reset - Help Please...

I get about 1/2 way through the download and then it errors out. I am on iTunes 10.2.1.1 and I can't get the download to work. I have checked for 3252 or -3252 error

and all that I can find are very old references.

See Image Below. All ideas would be appreciated. I have never had any issue upgrading iOS over the last 2+ years, so this is a new one. I am no tin a hurry to upgrade, but would like it to work. I have reset the router, and rebooted the computer.
