Apps are stuck. Tried turning off and on. How do I delete apps. I will try to reload.

try clicking and holding an app. This will make all the apps shake and an X will appear on each app. Just X out the ones you wish to delete.
Tap on the app for 2 second and will be delete the apps from you Device or from you MultiTask.
if your app is stuck and you want to close the app. First press the home button to go to the home screen. then double tap it to open the multitask bar. Then press an app for a few seconds. The open apps will jiggle (shake) together with a ➖ in the upper left corner. Press it to close the app.
If you want to completely remove the app from the iphone you can follow the instructions of chinesechopsticks here above: press and hold an app until they start jiggling. a black X will appear next to all the apps again in the upper left corner. Press it to completely remove it.
