How can I animate my lower thirds so that they switch between themselves like this:

(To this:)
(Via this animation - it's like a sort of forward-rotating block:)
Also could you say which application I should be doing this in.

Hi,
I'm sure there are many ways to do this. Personally I'd use Motion to construct the whole design. You could then also create a 3D shape of various text layers, that are your captions, to give you the box of captions. If you have all of these in a layer of its own, you can rotate the box in 3D space to give the rotation you want.
