How can i connect my ipod touch to my 27inch iMac via bluetooth?

I just bought a new 27inch iMac and i have an iPod Touch (one just before they came out with iPods with cameras).

What is the step by step procedure to connect these 2 devices via bluetooth? Or is that even possible? Bluetooth is already activated on the iPod.
