I can't recover my apple id.

I can't recover my apple id. I try but it always takes me to the password retriever. I thought it was my email, but it doesn't work.

When I try to recover the ID It starts the cycle again and I can't acess Itunes or App Store. What can I do?

I recently found I can not use my email address to reset my password; I have to use my apple ID. If you know your ID try your ID.


Have you tried using iForgot? I forgot also offer the option to locate your Apple ID via the "Forgot your Apple ID?" link.


There is also Apple ID Support.
