How do I unlock my ipod touch if I forgot the passcode?

link your ipod touch up to your computer, or laptop and open itunes if your ipod does not do it for you./
click on your ipod touch and click the restore tab and download the software to restore the ipod touch back to factory setting's, when done this will remove every thing you addad to your ipod touch.
but if you have backed all data to i tunes you can add it back on the ipod touch via your music and apps tab's
